VOLNAY “La Gigotte

ALOXE CORTON “Vieilles Vignes
This wine has an attractive, deep ruby color. When young, its aromas suggest springtime gardens, red berries (raspberry, strawberry, cherry) and black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry). Accents intensify with age (prunes, leather, truffles, cinnamon).
POMMARD “Vieilles Vignes
A deep ruby-purple color with a hint of mauve. On the nose, aromas of blackberry, blueberry, redcurrant, cherry pit and ripe plum. A wild, feline evolution is not uncommon with age. Maturity leads to leather, chocolate and pepper. A round texture, a delicate, assertive structure, fruity on the palate.
NUITS-SAINT-GEORGES “Les Charmois
This wine has a crimson, twilight color. On the nose, youthful aromas of cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant. More mature, with leather, truffle and macerated fruit notes such as prune rounding out the bouquet. Structured on the palate, vigorous and full-bodied, it pairs well with tasty, virile meats such as prime rib or roast lamb.
