BURGUNDY CÔTE D'OR PINOT NOIR

A fresh, fruity wine with a cherry-red color and deep ruby highlights. It expresses cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry, with occasional hints of pomegranate or peony. This is a supple, delicate wine with fine tannins and a fruity, full-bodied texture, building to a fresh, light finish. It can liven up aperitifs or accompany grilled poultry, white meat or roast beef.

Vinification: 100% de-stemming, pre-fermentation maceration (4 to 5 days), pumping over and punching of the cap, vatting time 10 to 15 days, aged in oak barrels for 9 months with 10% new barrels.
