This 30A 35CA monopoly lies at the foot of the Montagne de Beaune. This appellation features terroirs favorable to Chardonnay, yet planted mainly with Pinot Noir.

Vinification: 100% de-stemming; pressing; settling then alcoholic fermentation in vats for 8 to 10 days; aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% to 30% new barrels.
Characteristic:
Visual: Clear, pale yellow colour
Olfactory: Granny Smith apple, pear and lemon zest, white flowers
Taste: Pure, fresh, with good acidity
Food and wine pairing: In its early years, it can be enjoyed with white meats in cream sauce, sushi and grilled seafood. As it ages and becomes fatter, it will envelop and soften cheeses such as Cîteaux, Comté and certain goats' cheeses.
