This wine has a deep purple color, with dark red velvet. Its bouquet is full-bodied. It expresses itself through fruity accents such as blueberry and redcurrant, or floral ones such as violet. It evolves towards undergrowth, leather, pepper and liquorice. Powerful, full-bodied and structured on the palate. It has chewiness and body.

Vinification: 100% de-stemming; pre-fermentation maceration (4 to 5 days); pumping over and punching down; vatting time 10 to 20 days; aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months with 25 to 30% new barrels.
