Grape variety: Chardonnay
Vinification: 100% de-stemming; pressing; settling then alcoholic fermentation in vats for 8 to 10 days; aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% new barrels.

Visual: Bright gold colour with greenish highlights
Olfactory: Hawthorn, marzipan, hazelnut, amber...
Taste: Lactic aromas (butter, croissant...), minerals, honey
Food and wine pairing: It calls for delicate yet rich dishes. Equally at home with fine poultry in sauce or pan-fried veal with mushrooms, it's a perfect match for foie gras, lobster and crayfish, and grilled or pan-fried seafood. On a cheese platter, this wine goes well with goat's cheese, Reblochon and soft cheeses with a bloomy rind, such as Brie de Meaux.
