A Côte Chalonnaise appellation, this wine is a blend of our two parcels “Le Fourneau Sud” and “Mollepierre Sud” for a total surface area of around 1 Ha 70A.

Grape variety: Chardonnay
Vinification: 100% de-stemming; pressing; settling then alcoholic fermentation in vats for 8 to 10 days; aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% new barrels.
Characteristic:
Visual: Deep buttercup color with age
Olfactory: Aromatic, citrus bouquet (clementine zest, tangerine, lemon...)
Taste: Airy texture with a mineral finish
Food and wine pairing: In its early years, it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with fresh dishes (fish terrine, shellfish, etc.). Older, it goes very well with hard cheeses such as Comté, and roast poultry...
