Taste: A light, supple attack, with a fresh, fruity evolution, we appreciate its very tender fruit-flower aromatic range, a wine for pleasure.
Food and wine pairing: The Savigny 1er Cru goes very well with a piece of beef, or even pan-fried foie gras. On roast, lacquered or caramelized poultry. When it comes to cheeses, they prefer mild flavors like Chaource, Brie, Tomme, Epoisses and Cantal.
